• My standard hourly rate is $145

• Group Therapy rates range from $25 to $75 per group session

• Additional Fees for cancelations, account administration, credit card usage may apply

Private Pay Services

I now offer Private Pay services for individuals and couples who would like the highest level of confidentiality of their personal information. Private Pay services offer many advantages over insurance. Some advantages include:

• Greater accessibility

• Flexibility of longer, more intensive sessions

• Access to services not covered by insurance

• May be used in conjunction with your insurance to cover additional services not covered by insurance

• Concierge Services may be available (please request if interested)

I also accept insurance. I am an In-Network provider with the following insurances:

• CareSource

• Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation

• Medical Mutual of Ohio

• Humana Military (Tricare)

• Your PPO or Out-Of-Network benefits

A Credit Card for all private insurance and Marketplace insurance is required for services, co-insurances, and other services you request that are not covered by insurance.
